My lovely Phoenix

There is a Phoenix that I have of late enjoyed casual conversation with. We have developed quite a bond. A symbiotic bond for particular things. I remember the phoenix leaning in to whisper in my ear. As the frequencies of vocal patterns began to tell me of this magical establishment that create the most succulent cheesecake of all lands. Below are images of my first visit to Val’s Cheesecake. Whoever Val is might have the best cheesecake I have ever put in my mouth, I have eaten a lot of cheesecake. As the phoenix and I pitched on our benches. This decadent dessert was the right texture that sets between firm and soft. The options of flavors are delightfully overwhelming with joy. Those who know me well know this fact to be true. But this date with my phoenix was quite mystical. As I gave up all control and expectation, I allowed this magical creature to be my guide. This day did not start with cheesecake.

As a fan of food from other cultures, this day was so appreciated. Our first stop on our glorious sabbatical was this randomness called “Monkey King Noodle Company”. Look at the pictures.
